How to get oil from prawns?
After the shrimp is thawed, the whiskers on its legs and head are cut off.
Cut a hole in the shrimp back with scissors, pick out the shrimp line with a toothpick and clean it. Chop onion and ginger for later use.
Pour the oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, pour the shrimp into the oil pan. After about 30 seconds, immediately dump the shrimp.
Leave a little base oil in the pot, pour the onion and ginger into the pot and stir-fry to taste.
