Women cannot eat honey because of some diseases. Common ones are as follows:
First, gastrointestinal diseases, such as dysentery and diarrhea, are not suitable for eating honey. Honey can treat constipation. Eating honey can only help women with more severe diarrhea, but it will not relieve it, which is not good for the condition.
Second, diabetic women should not eat honey. Honey contains more than 90% glucose. For diabetics, honey means that it will lead to difficulty in controlling blood sugar, so women must use honey carefully, especially for diabetes with related complications, such as diabetic foot.
Third, women with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold are not suitable for drinking honey, which has a certain coldness. If they always have a bad stomach when eating, or have indigestion when eating, such women may aggravate their illness.
