First, I am particularly active in things beyond my ability, but I can't do the most basic things.
This is typical of two problems: first, doing things is not practical. A truly positive person won't know the most basic things. If he doesn't even know the most basic things, then his initiative is used to deceive himself. Second, on this basis, I am particularly positive and optimistic about things beyond my ability. Often for such people, one is ignorant and the other is arrogant.
For such people, my opinion is: resolutely don't use it!
Second, you can't do things well, but your attitude is very good.
I once coached college students who came to practice and do projects. One of my classmates, party member's classmate, has a particularly good attitude, which I like very much. But then something happened, which made me realize that such a person was not suitable for the enterprise at all, so I finally refused his request to find a job with me.
The simple thing is that he came to me to consult his graduation project and wanted me to give him some advice and help. However, after listening to his words, I don't understand what he is designing and what help he wants me to give him. His description is contradictory: first, he said that in order to design A, he completed A, and now he wants to get a B to verify A, and then he said that he wants to design B, so I don't understand, so I told him: first, if the goal is A, you should know the technical standards of A, and B is not the standard for testing A. Second, if the goal is B, you should first understand the requirements of B, at least know what you want to achieve. Then, he said modestly that his ideas were not mature, but none of them were related to my question. Finally, he said that he would arrange some materials for me the next day, but I didn't see them in the end.
So I don't think such two kinds of people can be used: they can't even do the basic work well, but they are always full of confidence in the work beyond their ability. Giving the job to such a person will only lead to failure again and again. The other is that on the surface, the attitude is extremely humble and correct, but there is no actual action and effort. Such people will always be giants of language and dwarfs of action. The only thing he can do is to wait for others to solve the problem for him.
