Breadcrumbs Half Pack
Chicken Thighs 7 pcs
Starch 5 spoons
Egg 1 pc
Salt
Ginger
Wine
Barbecue Seasoning
Step by Step Breadcrumb Fried Chicken Thighs ?
Marinate the chicken thighs first! Add wine, salt, peppercorns, oil and seal and leave for 3 hours! Remember to mix with your hands
Prepare the three key things: starch, beaten egg, breadcrumbs
Take out the marinated chicken thighs, first coated with starch
Then roll in the egg
Finally, throw it into the breadcrumbs and roll it around! Roll them a couple more times
After you get them all done! One by one, put them in a frying pan! Medium heat, preferably a round bottomed pan!
I chose olive oil, the oil in the round pan under the second knuckle of the index finger
Fry until golden brown on both sides!
