Ingredients
Main ingredients: appropriate amount of bamboo shoots, a little green pepper, appropriate amount of pork;
Accessory ingredients: a small spoonful of bean paste, garlic, ginger
Bamboo shoots and meat slices

Slice the bamboo shoots into slices and soak them in boiling water the day before
1. Drain the soaked bamboo shoots and set aside.

2. Slice the meat and dice the fat (the bamboo shoots need a little lard to taste delicious.

3. Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the green pepper diagonally and set aside.

4. Heat the oil and add the fat and fry until it turns yellow (if you like fat meat, you can. You don’t need to stir-fry for that long), then add shredded ginger, garlic and lean meat, stir-fry for a while, add bean paste and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the bamboo shoots (usually the bamboo shoots are cooked for 15-20 minutes), cook for 10 minutes and add the chopped green peppers. Stir-fry. Note: If there is salt in the bean paste, add an appropriate amount of salt.
