First step:Clean apricot mushrooms and cut into thicker slices, marked with tic-tac-toe. Peel and mince the garlic and wash and chop the small peppers.
Step 2:Take a bowl, add cornstarch, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and water, mix well, add the almond abalone mushrooms, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3:Heat oil in a wok, add bell pepper and garlic, stir well, pour in sliced almond mushrooms.
Step 4:Cover and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes, add sugar to taste, reduce the sauce over high heat and remove from the pan.

First step:Cut cauliflower into florets, soak in salted water for about 10 minutes, fish out and drain.
Step 2:Wash the apricot mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces. Wash the red pepper and cut into pieces.
Step 3: Boil water in a pot, add cauliflower and cook for about 3 minutes, drain, then add diced almond mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4:Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and red chili pepper, sauté, add the diced almond mushrooms and stir-fry.
Step 5:Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water starch, stir-fry well, then pour in cauliflower and serve.

Step 1:Wash and drain fresh peas, wash and cut apricot abalone mushrooms, remove seeds and tips of red chili peppers, wash and cut them.
Step 2:Heat oil in a pan, add peas, stir-fry until browned, add diced red pepper and almond mushrooms, stir-fry.
Step 3:Add oyster sauce, salt and water, mix well and simmer on low heat for 2~3 minutes.
Step 4:Add chicken seasoning when stew is done and serve.
