Practice?
1, thaw the frozen shrimp tail, put cold water into the pot, and blanch for 2 minutes after the water is boiled. Thawing is best done naturally in cold water.
2. Wash with cold water, and drain after changing water. Add a proper amount of cooking wine and salt, simply stir the lobster tail and seasoning by hand to achieve fusion, marinate for 10 minute, and take out for later use.
3, onion cut into sections, ginger sliced, garlic, dried red pepper, pepper, star anise, fragrant leaves, bean paste, sugar ready.

5. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste and stir well.
6. Pour in a can of beer, then pour in a proper amount of hot water, cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. Put a proper amount of chicken essence, stir fry evenly, serve out and enjoy it.
Tips
1, be sure to put sugar, sugar has the function of adding color and refreshing.
2, put beer, you can sterilize.
