Practice
1, mix black glutinous rice and white glutinous rice together, wash and soak in water for 1 hour, and then put into a rice cooker to cook;
2, peel the sweet potato, cut it into small pieces, and put it into a heat-resistant container.
2: Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small pieces, put them into a heatproof container, pour a little water over them, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4-5 minutes (prick them with a toothpick, and they will be soft in the middle);
3: In a small pot, add the coconut sauce and sugar, and cook until the sugar is completely melted;
4: Serve the black rice and sweet potatoes in a bowl, topped with the coconut sauce in (3).
Tips
When steaming the sticky rice, you can put some oil in the pan, so that it is more fragrant.
