Steps
1. Scallop cleaned up, more small pieces, marinate for 1 hour with appropriate amount of salt.
2. Prepare the accessories and seasonings; cut thick slices of ginger and set aside.
3. Onion, garlic cloves and the rest of the ginger washed and finely shredded spare.
4. Heat the oil in a pan and pop the ginger slices; pour in the scallops.
5. Pan-fry until both sides are crisp, then remove and set aside.
6. Heat the oil in a wok, stir fry the onion and garlic, pour in the chopped peppers, and stir fry the flavor.
7. Pour in the scallops.
8. Cook the yellow wine, cover the pot and let the steam evenly cover the scallops.
9. Drizzle in the soy sauce and mix well.
10. Sprinkle in the cumin and turn the pan upside down to evenly coat the scallops with the cumin.
11. Cook the scallops and serve.
