No sugar. According to China Food Safety official website, Gusmi, literally translated as couscous, is made of coarse flour and looks like millet in shape and color. Whole-wheat coarse wheat flour is healthier than ordinary wheat varieties because it is rich in fiber and protein, and has less sugar powder. Raising blood sugar is usually raising blood sugar.
