Detailed instructions
Step 1: remove the head and tail of the cowpeas, clean them and cut them into pieces; cut the chicken breast into shreds about the same thickness as the cowpeas and set them aside; cut the carrots into thick julienne strips and set them aside; and cut the garlic into minced garlic and set them aside.
Step 2: Pour oil into the pot, when the oil is hot, add the chicken breast and stir-fry until browned, then add a little cooking wine and thirteen spices, stir-fry evenly, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry to get the flavor.
Step 3: Add the cowpeas and carrots, and continue to stir-fry until the cowpeas are browned and snapped (this step will take longer, about seven or eight minutes or so, if the oil is low, you need to add a little water to the process, but don't cover the lid to simmer).
Step 4: Then add seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce and continue to stir fry evenly.
Step 5: add garlic, sugar and salt, and continue to stir fry for two minutes, you can turn off the fire out of the pot (garlic must be put at this time, add this step, the flavor is more flavorful into the taste).
Sixth step: nutritious and delicious chicken fried cowpeas is ready, delicious and rice.
