The main symptoms are acute onset, persistent dry cough, fever and other flu-like symptoms, dyspnea after activity, chest pain, arthralgia, a few patients with asthma, occasionally hemoptysis. Physical signs are bursting sounds in the middle and lower lungs on both sides, and a few patients may have no positive signs.X-ray can see multiple patchy shadows in both lungs. Anti-inflammatory treatment is required.
Mildly, it makes people have difficulty in breathing and coughing; in severe cases, there is fibrosis of lung tissue, basic loss of function, and even death.
