Soft jujube kiwi fruit (Latin name: Actinidia arguta), also known as: soft jujube, round jujube, round jujube, kiwi berry, is a perennial woody vine of the genus Actinidia arguta in the Actinidiaceae family. It is known as the "King of Fruits". Distributed in Northeast China, North China, Northwest China and the Yangtze River Basin, it is also distributed in other countries. Among them, it is more common in the mountainous areas of southern Northeast China. Because the soft date kiwi fruit is in the development stage, it is basically in a wild state. It is mostly scattered and rarely in pieces. The vitamin C content of the fruit of this plant is as high as 450 mg/100g, which is 80 to 100 times that of apples and pears, and 5 to 10 times that of citrus. Jujube kiwi is one of the most successfully domesticated and cultivated wild fruit tree varieties from 1901 to 2000.
