Beef, bean sprouts and tofu soup
Method:
1. Cut the beef and tofu into cubes and set aside; wash the pea sprouts and set aside;
2 . Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, pour in the tofu and stir-fry;
3. Add boiling water and pour in the beef and bean sprouts until they are cooked. Add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste.
