I. Introduction
Family with Nine Phoenix is a family emotional drama produced in 2005, directed by Yang Yazhou, written by Gao Mantang and starring Li Mingqi, Zhang Ying, Zhu Yuanyuan, Jiang Wu and Gai Ke.
The play mainly tells the stories of nine daughters raised by their first mothers with great pains. The play premiered on the TV drama channel of Beijing TV Station in September 2005.
Second, the plot
Pingyao ancient city, Tingyu Building, Spring Festival. The old lady (Li Mingqi) is having a reunion dinner with her eight daughters. Seven Phoenix (Zhu Yuanyuan), who jumped the queue in the Great Northern Wilderness after leaving home for eight years in the countryside, suddenly returned pregnant and listened to the rain and exploded the pot in the building. Qifeng refused to tell the reason of the child. Later, he met Yang Weijian (Jiang Wu), who killed pigs in a slaughterhouse, and formed a family.
Sanfeng (Liu Lili) and Bafeng are doing business in the street, and they are caught selling food stamps by Wufeng (Liu Jia), the head of the street people's insurance company. Bafeng beat the defense officer and fled to the home of Erfeng (Gai Ke) in Guangdong. Since then, the three sisters have forged a grudge. In Tingyu Building, the eight daughters of the first family are constantly having contradictions and stories for their livelihood. At the beginning of reform and opening-up, people triggered a series of tragicomedy for the day of getting rich.
The old lady who didn't believe in evil and ignored the rumor of being haunted lived in the rain-listening building and gave birth to nine daughters. On New Year's Eve, Taihō led all the phoenixes to prepare the New Year's Eve dinner, and the old lady felt that eight phoenixes had gathered together. On the first day, the old lady gave all the phoenixes red envelopes and ate jiaozi with copper coins. The old lady who wore her shoes upside down for the first time was convinced that someone was coming.
Qifeng, who has not returned to the countryside for eight years, finally came back, and her mother and daughter wept bitterly. Qifeng tells all the phoenixes about her life of jumping the queue. Wufeng thinks Qifeng has something on her mind. Jiufeng is an elf and finds Qifeng pregnant.
