Material preparation:
500g of fine noodles (same as Yangchun noodles), 0/00g of pork belly/kloc, 250g of soybean sprouts (or cowpea and garlic moss).
Exercise:
1。 Cut the meat into strips or blocks, and marinate with soy sauce, allspice powder, ginger slices, onion segments and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
2。 Boil the water in the steamer, put the sliced fine noodles into the steamer, steam with medium heat after the water boils 15 minutes.
3。 Start cooking with another stove. Pour a little oil into the hot pot, put the meat into the pot, stir-fry until the pork belly is oily, add bean sprouts, add vinegar, tomato sauce and salt, and stir-fry for two minutes. Add 400 ml warm water, and continue to burn for 10 minute after the water boils.
4。 After the noodles are steamed, put them in a slightly larger container and break them up as much as possible.
5。 Pour the cooked vegetables with juice on the noodles, mix well, and let the noodles absorb the juice. If there is any extra juice, you can pour it out.
6。 Put the mixed noodles in a steamer and steam for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
