A method of drying oysters
Ingredients: dried vegetables, oyster sauce, pork bones, roasted pork bones, soybeans, figs, and salt.
Practice:
1 Soak the dried vegetables in water one night in advance, wash them carefully (because there is a lot of fine sand in them) and cut them into two pieces.
2. I bought the pig bones before. After I bought them, I washed them, put them in a fresh-keeping box, sprinkled them with salt evenly, and put them in the refrigerator. They became salty pig bones (they are always available at home and are very good for making soup and porridge). If you want to use them, you can take them out one night in advance and thaw them.
3. Soak the oyster sauce for about half an hour, and then wash it with a toothbrush to remove the fine sand inside.
4. Wash and soak soybeans and figs for half an hour.
5. First, add water to the pork bones and boil them with high fire, decant the foam floating on them with a spoon, and then put all the remaining materials in the pot. After the soup is re-boiled, turn to the medium fire for about two hours, and then season with salt.
