Cooking method: 1. Put Jiang Mo, minced garlic, pickled pepper, pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and salt into a bowl, add boiling water and stir well.
2. Boil the beans with boiling water, and when the beans float on the water one by one, pick them up and drain them. Stir-fry beans with vegetable oil until golden brown.
