Chicken breast carrot cucumber peanut dried Chili onion garlic soy sauce vinegar white sugar oyster sauce starch bean paste
method of work
1. Cured meat: chicken breast diced cooking wine 1 spoon a little pepper, a little salt and a spoonful of starch, and marinate evenly 10 minute.
2. Juice mixing: soy sauce 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar 1 oyster sauce 1 starch and stir well.
3. Pour the hot oil into the pot and stir-fry the diced chicken.
4. Add onion, garlic and dried Chili to the bottom oil and stir-fry until fragrant. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until red oil is obtained.
5. Add diced carrots, diced chickens, diced cucumbers and peanuts and stir fry.
6. Add half a spoonful of soy sauce and stir fry, add half a bowl of starch water and stir fry until it is thick and out of the pot.
