Ingredients: flour 100g, potato 1, egg 1, oil 1 tablespoon, salt 4g and Chili sauce 6g.
Peel potatoes and rub them into filaments, and stir eggs into egg liquid.
Add shredded potatoes and eggs into flour, add a little water and stir to form a thick egg batter.
Brush the iron plate with oil and heat it. Add the batter and spread evenly with a spatula.
When the batter is mixed, turn it over until the potato cake is golden on both sides.
Spread a layer of Chili sauce on the potato cake and roll it up to make a potato burrito.
