Stewed ribs with green peas
Ingredients: 1.5-2 pounds of ribs, 1 handful of green beans.
Seasoning: (Haitian) straw mushroom dark soy sauce, extremely fresh (Xinhe), cooking wine, salt, 1 pack of stewed meat ingredients (I used Lao Pang’s stewed meat ingredients, which is sold on RT-Mart) ), 1 chive.
Preparation: 1) Add cold water to the pot, add the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, and turn off the heat. Remove the ribs, put them into a container, add dark soy sauce to make them very fresh (a small amount), marinate them in cooking wine, seal them with plastic wrap after cooling, and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
2) Rinse the green beans with warm water first, then put them in a bowl, add cold water, and soak them overnight.
Process: Heat the pot, add oil, add the ribs, pour the marinade in the container into the pot and stir-fry for a while, add water to cover the ribs, add soaked green beans and stewed pork buns, and turn to high heat After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Add a little salt (how much depends on taste). Turn on high heat to collect the juice, turn off heat, add chicken essence, chopped green onion, put on a plate and serve.
