1. Put strawberries and honey together in a blender, stir and mix until most of the pulp becomes muddy, place popsicle molds side by side, and pour two spoonfuls of pudding into each mold.
2. Pour the strawberry mixture on the pudding, accounting for about 3/4 of the mold, then add two spoonfuls of pudding, which is equivalent to the sealing layer, then cover each mold with the mold cover, and insert the ice cream stick from the hole of the mold cover.
3. Put the ice cream into the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze it for 2 hours or more.
