Method of production
1. Cold water into the beef mince, add the ginger and onion, Boil the cooking wine, continue to blanch for 5min, fish out and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, lantern chili pepper, sesame leaves and sauté, reduce heat, add a spoonful of bean paste and a piece of hot pot base to sauté the red oil, add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce to taste.
3. Add blanched beef mince and stir-fry well, add a lot of hot water (or bone broth), simmer over low heat for 90min.
4. Put in the garlic cloves, add chicken essence and pepper to taste.
