Practice:
1. Remove the sides of kidney beans, peel potatoes, slice pork and shred onion and ginger.
2. Blanch kidney beans with water to remove the earthy smell.
3. Stir-fry the pig fat in the pot until the oil comes out, take it out and throw it away.
4. Add shredded onion, ginger and pepper, stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add kidney beans and stir-fry for about 10 minute until it turns green.
6. Add bone soup, water, potatoes, aniseed and pepper.
7. stew for about 20 minutes
8. Collect soup, put salt and chicken essence
