On the other hand, boiling eggs like this will wash more dishes and be troublesome.

Method 3

Some time ago, I saw someone cooking poached eggs by steaming. Add a little water to the small bowl, beat the eggs into the bowl (one bowl contains one egg), then steam the small bowl with eggs in the steamer for a few minutes, and then pour it into the big bowl.

I don't even want to try this method. Is it still called poached eggs? When you see the steamed eggs sticking to the bowl, you have to scrape them with a small spoon before they come down. Method 4

This method of boiling poached eggs, which I have been using for several years, is simple and zero failure. It is the best method for boiling poached eggs in my opinion. The poached eggs cooked by this method are complete in shape, tender and moderate in age and perfect. The preparation method is as follows:

Step 1, beat all the eggs to be boiled into a bowl.

Step 2, add clean water to the pot, bring it to a boil with high fire, drop a few drops of white vinegar, then adjust the fire to a minimum, stir the water in the pot with chopsticks in one direction to make it rotate along the edge of the pot, then pour the eggs into the pot, cover the pot and stew for two minutes.

Step 3: After the eggs are shaped, push the eggs with the back of the spoon, turn up the fire a little, continue to cook for two minutes, add a little mash and some medlar, and cook for another minute before serving.

Step 4, add a proper amount of white sugar to eat.
