1. Wuyishan: As one of the cradles of Tieguanyin, Tieguanyin in Wuyishan is rich in rock rhyme, unique in fragrance and lasting in aftertaste. It is a unique variety of rock tea in Tieguanyin, which grows in the form of rock tea on the cliffs containing calcium-aluminum shale, granite and quartzite that constitute Wuyishan.

2. Anxi: Anxi is one of the important tea producing areas in Fujian Province and one of the largest producing areas of Tieguanyin. Anxi Tieguanyin is famous for its fresh fragrance, strong taste and sweet taste. Anxi Tieguanyin is mainly composed of four different varieties of zeroed big leaf species.

3. Yunnan: Yunnan Tieguanyin, also known as "Dianhong Tieguanyin", is produced in Xishuangbanna, blending the aroma of black tea with the fragrance of Tieguanyin. Because the variety grows in high-altitude mountainous areas, it presents a slightly rough film shape under the condition of air circulation, which is more in line with the temperament of tea.

4. Minnan: Tieguanyin in Minnan is another major producing area in Fujian, with soft style, rich aroma and rich sweetness, which is different from Tieguanyin in Anxi. Its tea mainly grows in red soil and yellow soil mountains.

5. Sichuan: Tieguanyin in Sichuan is mainly produced in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, which is a relatively new producing area in Tieguanyin. Because Tieguanyin in Sichuan grows in areas with high altitude and low humidity, it is more refreshing and sweet. Besides traditional rock tea, Tieguanyin in Sichuan also produces tea in the form of green tea.
