The method of making ox tail bone soup is as follows:
1. Wash the ox tail after cutting it into sections, pour in water, soak for 1 hour, then add cooking wine and ginger slices to the pot and blanch water to remove the fishy smell and blood from the oxtail.
2. Put the oxtail, water (add more water, try to add enough at one time), bay leaves, star anise, scallion segments and ginger slices in a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium to low heat for 2 seconds. About hours.
3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and slice the onions. Add a little oil to the wok. After the oil is hot, add the onions to the wok and stir-fry until slightly brown. Remove and set aside.
4. Pour a little more oil into the wok, add tomato cubes and tomato paste and stir-fry over low heat until the tomato cubes are minced.
5. After 2 hours, you will see the white oxtail soup that has been boiled.
6. Add tomato paste and fried onions to the cooking soup, and season with salt.
7. Simmer over low heat for about 1 more time.
