Composition:
500 grams of chicken gizzards, ginger
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken gizzards, cut them in half, add shredded ginger, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, appropriate amount of pepper, salt and sugar, and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. When the oil temperature is 60% hot, put the chicken gizzards in and fry for 5-8 minutes, then take out the oil to raise the temperature and fry.
3. Remove the drained oil, sprinkle with Chili powder, cumin powder and white sesame seeds, and mix well to serve.
