Practice of jiaozi with Shrimp, Cucumber and Eggs
The ready-made shrimp is not fresh, so I bought this frozen shrimp.
Peel the shrimp and remove the fishing line.
Wash, dry and cut into small pieces for later use.
3 cucumbers, washed.
Wipe the silk with a plug board, add a spoonful of salt and mix well for later use.
Seven eggs, because stupid eggs are not big, so put more.
Put the eggs in the oil pan, break them up, add a little salt and take them out of the pan for later use.
The shredded cucumber has softened. After the soup is served, squeeze the water clean with gauze or hands, and put the processed shredded cucumber, eggs and shrimps together.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, sesame oil and chicken essence, and season with salt.
Stir the filling evenly.
Because only two people eat it, I bought a ready-made dumpling wrapper. The stuffing is well handled and can be wrapped.
Add a little salt when cooking to prevent jiaozi from sticking to the pot.
