2. After you buy the bearded fish, you can take it home for processing, or you can ask the store owner to help you handle it and take it home directly. After the Hu Ziyu is processed, we need to add some green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine and pepper to it, mix it evenly and marinate it for half an hour. When curing mullet, remember not to add salt, which will easily lead to the aging of the fish.
3. When marinating fish, we should prepare Sichuan Sanpao, pickled cabbage, pickled ginger and pickled pepper, and prepare according to personal taste. Then we have to prepare two spoonfuls of Chili sauce and three tablespoons of bean paste. Sichuan boiled fish are all seasoned with bean paste and Chili sauce. 7. After the fish is cooked, add a proper amount of pepper, a handful of dried peppers, a spoonful of Chili noodles to the surface of the fish, and finally pour a tablespoon of hot oil to stimulate the fragrance, sprinkle a little chopped green onion for embellishment, and a fragrant boiled fish will be ready.
