Recipe for stir-fried loofah with XO scallop sauce
Ingredients
2 loofahs
3 pieces of dried shreds
The right amount of oil
The right amount of salt
The right amount of light soy sauce
The right amount of cooking wine
The right amount of ginger slices
XO scallop sauce 1 tablespoon
Steps/Methods
Wash the loofah, peel it, cut it into hob pieces, and cut the stems into shreds. Put in the oil pan, stir-fry the dried shredded silk until golden brown, stir-fry.
Add remaining oil, chopped green onion, XO scallop sauce, and sauté for a while.
Add loofah, add salt and stir-fry with cooking wine.
Add dry shreds, pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, add a little water, cover the pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes until the soup is slightly dry. The loofah will release water and it is impossible to completely dry it.
Place it on a plate and eat. With XO scallop sauce, it is very delicious.
