2. Wash chicken feet, cut off nails, put them in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove blood, then pick up cold water and dry them.
3. Add water to the pot (no chicken feet), pour liao ribs marinade and chicken feet into salt water. Close the lid and cook until the chicken feet are cooked (chopsticks can easily pass through the chicken feet).
4. Turn off the fire and let the chicken feet soak in the brine 1 hour to fully taste.
