Practice:
Ingredients: 5g red dates, 8g glutinous rice, appropriate amount of sugar and a little sweet osmanthus.
Method 1:
1. Wash the red dates and soak them in water for 2 hours; Wash glutinous rice and soak it in water for 1 hour.
