Adults daily 3-6 grams of black wolfberry brewing water (i.e., daily consumption of 10-15 black wolfberry best. Qinghai region of the black wolfberry is about a gram of 3-5 grains, other places are a gram of more than a dozen grains are available. (Different regions are not the same, Qinghai's wild black goji berries are the largest and best quality)!
