At first I thought it was camellia oleifera, but later I suspected it was Melaleuca.

The difference is that Camellia oleifera is extracted from fruit and Melaleuca is extracted from leaves, but Melaleuca can grow very tall. Tea tree oil commonly used in our cosmetics is extracted from Melaleuca.
