Baked tofu with tender meat
Required materials: tofu 1, pork 60g, 3 shallots, cumin powder, salt and pepper, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, corn starch 1 tablespoon, a little fish sauce, 3g of fine sugar and half a spoonful of oyster sauce.
1. Mix the seasoning juice first. Pour 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 3 grams of fine sugar, half a spoonful of oyster sauce and a little fish sauce into a bowl and stir well for later use. You don't have to put it without fish sauce.
2. Put a piece of tin foil on the baking tray. If there is no tin foil, you can also use oil paper instead. Then we cut the tofu into pieces about 0.6cm thick and put them in a baking tray. Tip: Tofu must be tender, so it will be tender and delicious when baked. Never buy old tofu to bake, or it will taste a little dry.
3. Then treat the pork. Chop pork into paste, pour it into a bowl, add 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp corn starch, and stir well. Adding starch can make the final roasted minced meat tender and not firewood.
Then we wash the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions.
5. Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot. After the oil temperature is heated, first put half the chopped green onion into the pot and stir-fry it over medium heat.
6. Then pour in minced meat, turn to high heat, stir-fry and poke with a shovel until the minced meat changes color.
7. After the minced meat changes color, we add the sauce prepared before and stir-fry until the color is even. Friends who like spicy food can add Chili sauce or spicy oil in this step and mix well.
8. Sprinkle the fried minced meat and soup on the surface of tofu, and then sprinkle some cumin powder and salt and pepper powder on the surface. At this time, the oven is preheated to 170 degrees, and the fire lasts for 3 minutes.
9. After the oven is preheated, send the baking tray to the middle layer of the oven, heat it up and down 165 degrees, and bake it 12 minutes.
10. After the tofu is baked, sprinkle the remaining chopped green onion and serve. Tofu is still so delicious that it should be cooked once a week. It smells good and makes your mouth water. It is a good partner for drinking beer in summer.
