Steps for Stewing Jumbo Prawns

One catty of green prawns bought from the market.

Use clean scissors to cut off the shrimp guns, shrimp whiskers, remove the sandy threads, and then add a little cooking wine to marinate to remove the fishy.

Slice green onion and ginger into small pieces and set aside.
