Ingredients
Main ingredient:
1 leg of lamb, 2 carrots
Supplementary ingredients:
30g onion, 2 teaspoons of salt
Steps
Wash the leg of lamb and cut it into large pieces
Wash the carrots, remove the skin and cut them into chunks
Shred onion
Add the leg of lamb to a pot of cold water and boil it over a high flame with a lid
Skim off the blood and foam
Add shredded onion and turn on the heat. p>
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat
Skim off the blood
Add the onions and reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 50 minutes
Add the carrots and simmer for about 30 minutes
Add salt and simmer for about 5 minutes and you are done
