Vegetarian Curry King Oyster Mushroom Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large King Oyster Mushrooms, 1/4 onion, 1/4 cauliflower, red 1/3 radish, 2 vegetarian curry cubes,
1 cup water, 1 spoon sunflower oil, 2/3 spoon salt.
Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into hob shapes, cut the carrots into hob shapes, and cut the green cauliflower into small florets
Cut the onions into cubes and chop the curry cubes.
2. Blanch the carrots and green cauliflower in cold water and set aside.
3. Blanch the king oyster mushrooms. Soak in cold water and set aside...
4. Heat a pan over medium-low heat, pour in sunflower oil, add onions, stir-fry until fragrant, add carrots and oyster mushrooms
Then add the curry cubes and water. Stir-fry until the curry dissolves.
5. Add the cauliflower, stir-fry until it changes color, then serve!
Tips: The number of cups here is mainly based on measuring rice cups!
