Steps for Spicy Baked Bean Skin Rolled with Leek

Cut the bean skin into small squares.

Wash and drain leeks, cut into pieces.

Bamboo skewers are washed in boiling water.

Take a piece of bean skin and put the right amount of chives on it.

Then skewer it, two bamboo sticks on the same skewer.

Shake a layer of olive oil on the outside.

You can arrange them on a baking grid, in the middle, and on a baking sheet underneath. You can also arrange them directly in a baking dish. I forgot to take a picture of it in the oven.

On the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with seasoning. You can also sprinkle with chili powder, or spread with hot sauce and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes. (You can also sprinkle chili powder and pepper salt on top and bake it, and serve it when it comes out of the oven)
