Steps
1. Required ingredients.
2. Pour water into the bread machine, then pour in the flour, sprinkle in the yeast, then cover with flour, then pour in the egg mixture, and pour the soda and baking powder on top of the flour. Mix all the ingredients and knead until smooth.
3. Take out the kneaded dough, roll it out and then fold it in one third, then fold the other side as well, and so repeat the rolling and folding two or three times.
4. Place the folded dough on a greased plate and let it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and oil a sheet pan. Roll out the dough. Use a knife to cut into strips three centimeters wide, put two together, use chopsticks to press the center, pull the two hands to pull the two ends of the dough, gently pulling, and then put into a hot frying pan to fry until both sides are golden brown.
