First, raw materials:
Overnight meal, salt and oil.
Second, practice:
1. find a rectangular container, spread a layer of plastic wrap inside, stir the rice with salt evenly and flatten it.
2. Freeze the rice in the refrigerator for more than three hours (setting).
3. After freezing, cut the rice into squares with uniform size.
4. Boil the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 80%, fry the rice in the pot for five minutes (while frying). Stir-fry the rice until golden brown, take out and drain the oil. You're finished.
