Spinach and Purple Potato Bread

200g of flour

Spinach
Yeast 2g
Detailed Steps
①Preparation of the above ingredients Blanch the spinach, then put it into a food processor
②Add the appropriate amount of water to stir and mix finely Pour 130g of spinach puree into the yeast, stir and melt it, then add to the flour. Melt the yeast and pour it into the flour, stirring with chopsticks to make a floury texture and then knead the dough
3) Steam the purple potatoes, they are too dry, so add some milk and puree them in the food processor, kneading them into small balls of 25g each. When done, place in the oven for 35 minutes at 35 degrees Celsius (put a bowl of water on the bottom of the baking sheet to keep it humid)
6. After fermentation, steam the dough in cold water for 20 minutes and let it simmer for 2 minutes, then it's done.
