Why is it called the old hockey stick

The old hockey stick is the protagonist of the fourth installment of the famous game series Fallout. The first pre-war born and only Fallout protagonist to have a spouse and offspring in the opening scene of the Fallout series, the sole survivor of Frozen Sanctuary 111 (solid official title Sole Survivor) is also known to players as Bachelorette Dog and Old Icicle because of 111's name and the protagonist's experience of being frozen for 200 years. The 2077 - 2287 Experience

On that day in 2077, as the nuclear bombs were falling on Boston, veteran Old Popsicle, along with his wife, son, and neighbors, entered Shelter 111, and immediately went into a 100-year-long frozen slumber. Around the year 2227, an academy from the Commonwealth entered Shelter 111. Briefly awakened, the Old Popsicle witnessed Kroger, who was working for the Academy, kill his wife and steal his son, Sean. He then falls into a deep sleep again.

In 2287, the Old Popsicle was officially awakened. With a vow to his late wife, he sets out on a path of revenge and search for his son, Sean.
