Spicy fried clam meat

How to cook spicy clam meat
1.
Soak dried clams in water for 30 minutes. Peel off the black stuff, wash and drain well and set aside.

Cut the coriander, smash the garlic and cut into pieces, shred the ginger and shred the green onion.

Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, and chili shreds and stir-fry. Add oyster sauce and seafood soy sauce and stir-fry until color is achieved. Add clam meat and stir-fry. Finally Add coriander and stir-fry, add a little salt.
Cooking Tips
1. The clam meat must be washed and there is plenty of gravel.
2. Bean pepper is used here, and it tastes better when fried with shredded red pepper.
3. Remove the fishy smell with onion, ginger and garlic.
