1. Wash carrot, white radish and cucumber, and cut into 5cm long julienne strips.
2. Wash and slice boneless beef chops and marinate in seasoning A for 10 minutes.
3. Lay out the marinated boneless beef short ribs from recipe 2, add the ingredients from recipe 1 in order, roll them up, and seal them with toothpicks.
