How to make Onion Cheese Bread?
This bread is very flavorful and soft when eaten while it's warm, and you have to remember to add the melted cheese in the middle when you eat it to make it even more delicious!

Onion (1pc)

Pizza dough (735g)

Chopped bacon (110g)

Melted unsalted butter (55g)

Cheddar (225g)

Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C).

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add the onion and sauté until a little charred, stirring occasionally, and remove from the heat.

Take a golf ball-sized piece of pizza dough and flatten it with your fingers. Fill the dough with about a teaspoon of onion and chopped bacon. Stick the seams by pinching and rolling it into a ball in your hands. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.

Prepare a round cake pan with a small mold in the center.

Dip each onion bacon bread ball into the melted butter and then into the cake pan, stacking them around the small mold.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350?F (180°C).

Place the cheese in the center and return to the oven for 10 minutes or more, or until the cheese is soft.

Sprinkle with green onions.
