Steps of Sauté ing Shrimp with Cabbage
1. Shred Chinese cabbage, soak shrimps in hot water and take them out.
2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
3. Put the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and stir fry. Add some salt, soy sauce and sugar to taste.
4. Add the cabbage and stir fry, and put a little sesame oil and sesame oil before frying.
