Sweet and sour pork segments
Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, dry starch, sesame oil, green onion, minced ginger, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, tomato sauce.
Method: Cut the tenderloin into pieces and set aside. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60 to 70% hot, dip the tenderloin in the soaked starch, and fry until it turns yellow and take it out. Spicy shredded pork
Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, shredded tree peppers, shredded hot peppers, coriander segments, shredded green onions, shredded ginger, garlic slices, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder, Cooking wine, water starch, egg white, sugar, dark soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce, vegetable oil.
Method: Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, then shred it, add the seasoning and mix well. When the oil is hot, slide in the shredded pork, stir, and remove when it turns white. Leave the base oil in the spoon, add shredded onion, ginger, garlic slices, and shredded pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, add cooking wine, pour in dark soy sauce, stock, add salt, MSG, chicken powder, oyster sauce, shredded pepper, and shredded pork. After the soup boils, thicken the soup with water starch; pour in the coriander segments; pour in seasoning oil, sesame oil and chili oil, stir well and serve on a plate.
