How to Make Shiitake Mushroom Seafood Porridge ?
Prepare the shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, small green onions or cilantro.
Shell and devein the shrimp, slice the shiitake mushrooms, julienne the ginger, and chop the scallions.
In a pot with cool water add rice and cook into white porridge.
Put a little oil in the frying pan and stir-fry the mushrooms to soften.
Pour into the rice porridge and cook until thick.
Shrimp is also sautéed in the same way as the mushrooms.
Pour the sauteed shrimp into the rice porridge. Then add the ginger to the porridge.
Add white pepper and salt to the rice porridge.
Add the green onions and turn off the heat.
Finally, pour some sesame oil into the porridge.
